Returns, Exchanges & Our Quality Promise

At Gi by Giselle, your satisfaction and confidence in our craftsmanship are paramount. We stand behind the quality and artistry of every piece of jewelry we create.

1. 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy (Change of Mind)

If you're not perfectly satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in their original, unused, unworn, and undamaged condition.

  • All original packaging, including any accessories, certificates, and paperwork, must be returned with the item(s).

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a verifiable quality issue covered by our guarantee.

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange.

To Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Please notify Gi by Giselle via email at g@giselleeffting.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange within the 14-day period.

  2. If eligible, we will arrange a secure pickup for your item(s) using our DHL business account. This ensures the shipment is fully insured during transit back to us.

  3. For exchanges (change of mind), the return shipping cost incurred by using our DHL service will be at the client's expense. Details on this cost will be provided when arranging the pickup.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) to confirm original condition, a refund (excluding original shipping costs, and any return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns/exchanges) will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: For exchanges, email us with your order number and details of the desired replacement. Fulfillment depends on stock availability. If the item needs to be produced, it may take approximately 45 days. You'll receive an email notification with tracking information or the status of your replacement.

2. Our 2-Year Quality Guarantee

We stand by the exceptional quality and inherent durability of our Gi by Giselle jewelry. We offer a two (2) year guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and any other issues arising from a fault in our craftsmanship or the intrinsic quality of the materials, provided the item has been subjected to normal, appropriate use.

If a covered issue arises within this 2-year period, we will, at our discretion, either fix or replace the item at no additional cost.

What Our 2-Year Quality Guarantee Does NOT Cover: Our guarantee doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or lack of proper care. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear: Scratches, dents, or tarnishing from regular use.

  • Accidental damage: Breakage, chipping, or loss of stones due to impacts, drops, or catching on clothing.

  • Improper care: Damage resulting from not following recommended care instructions, or exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., chlorine, perfumes, strong cleaning solutions).

  • Loss or theft: Our guarantee doesn't cover lost or stolen items.

  • Alterations by Third Parties: Any repair, alteration, or resizing performed by a jeweler other than Gi by Giselle will void your guarantee.

  • Damage due to Client Negligence: Any damage explicitly caused by the client's improper handling or excessive force won't be covered.

For issues not covered by our guarantee (i.e., due to customer fault or normal wear and tear), we may offer repair services at an additional cost.

How to Initiate a Guarantee Claim: Please notify us at g@giselleeffting.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If your claim is deemed eligible, we will arrange a secure pickup for your item using our DHL business account. In the case of a covered manufacturing defect or durability issue, all return shipping costs will be covered by Gi by Giselle.
