We specialize in handcrafted jewelry featuring natural diamonds, natural gemstones, 18k gold, and black titanium. Each piece is unique and made with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Production Time: Our standard production time is 45 days. If a product is in stock and can be shipped within one week, this will be clearly indicated on its specific product page.

  • Materials: We guarantee the authenticity of all materials as described on our product pages.

  • Appearance: While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, variations in color, texture, and other characteristics may occur due to the nature of handmade items and differences in display settings.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and exclude VAT. VAT will be added at checkout according to the shipping country's regulations.

  • For international orders (outside the EU), prices do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be levied by your local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We accept various secure payment methods, all processed safely and efficiently through Stripe, a globally recognized and trusted payment platform. Stripe allows you to complete your purchase using major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay, as well as digital payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment options as available through their secure gateway.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms the product has been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer worldwide shipping exclusively via Registered DHL Secure Express Shipping.

  • Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping costs are fixed: €20 within Europe and €50 for the Rest of the World.

  • All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit until delivery.

  • A signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

6. Right of Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel after this 24-hour window, please contact us at g@giselleeffting.com, and we will assess the production status of your order to determine if cancellation is possible.
