Shipping Destinations

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping for all our creations.

Processing Time

Our standard production time is 45 days. However, certain items may be in stock and available for immediate dispatch (within one week), and this will be clearly indicated on the specific product page. The estimated dispatch time will commence from the date of order.

Shipping Method and Delivery Times

For all orders, we exclusively use Registered DHL Secure Express Shipping. This premium service ensures your valuable purchase arrives swiftly and securely.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer fixed, transparent shipping costs for all orders:

  • Within Europe: A fixed rate of €20 per order.

  • Rest of the World (Abroad): A fixed rate of €50 per order.

The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed and added to your order total in the shopping cart before you complete your purchase.

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit from our workshop until the moment of delivery to your specified address.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure it arrives safely and discreetly. All items are individually wrapped and secured in protective, unbranded boxes or pouches. Our external packaging is designed to be discreet, minimizing any indication of valuable contents.

Signature Required

For the security of your valuable purchase, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. This ensures your item is received directly by you or a designated recipient at the specified delivery address, at which point responsibility for the purchased product transfers to you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment online via the DHL website.

Customs and Import Duties

Customers purchasing from outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by their local customs authorities in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information on these charges before placing your order.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, delays can occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed, or if you believe it may be lost, please contact us immediately at g@giselleeffting.com, and we will investigate the matter with DHL.
